“not yet, and yet is a reference to how I feel about my own music and where I am as a player. There is a feeling of not yet having arrived or reached every goal I have. Accompanying this feeling, there is much that I have done in my life as a musician that is noteworthy, having recorded this ep being one of those things. I see myself in movement and slowly walking towards something, not being there yet, and yet I exist in a space of some success and experience. The title should reflect my past, present and future. It honors where I want to go, acknowledges that I have more to do and also respects the work I have already done.”

Donna
Donna was a collaborative project between its members Jason Patrick Owens (alto sax), Nick Bentz (organ), Max Case (guitar) and Zach Howarth (drums), with each member contributing compositions. The goal was to create something that both represented the unique personality of each musician and highlighted the group sound they had together - not only showcasing each composers ability, but rather bringing each piece to life as a unit.

Divine Residence
Divine Residence is a collection of four songs inspired by the four brahmaviharas: loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity.
”I wrote this EP in May of 2023 as sort of an addendum to my previous album "I'll Meet You There." I felt like I had a little more to say on the subjects I explored in those compositions, and a new perspective on that period of my life that only time can provide.”
